Polar Lights LLC uses optional Google Analytics 4 on suneiro.com to understand website visits and installer-link clicks. This notice covers this marketing website, not the Suneiro desktop app or connected coding-agent providers.
Your choice comes first
Until you choose Allow analytics, we do not load Google Analytics or send it events, including cookieless pings. Rejecting has no effect on the website or downloads. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to withdraw consent. Withdrawal disables analytics, removes this website’s Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop the loaded tag.
What is measured
After consent, Google receives public page names, page views, installer-link clicks, cookie identifiers and browser/device information. Network requests also expose your IP address to Google; GA4 says it does not log or store individual IP addresses. We send only fixed public page and installer metadata plus approved coarse campaign/source categories, not chats, code, form contents, email addresses, raw URL query strings, fragments or incoming referrer URLs. Campaign labels are limited to known source/medium combinations and named Suneiro campaigns; known public referrer domains are mapped to categories such as Google organic search or Reddit community, without their paths or queries. Automatic form, search, outbound-link and video tracking are disabled, as are Google signals and advertising personalization.
Storage and retention
We store your analytics choice in local storage for 180 days so you do not have to answer on every visit. If you allow analytics, the _ga and _ga_MXB2DVMG0F cookies identify a browser/session for up to 180 days. Google Analytics event-level data is retained for two months and user-level data for 14 months; new activity resets the user-data retention period. Aggregate reports may remain longer. Google may process data outside your country.
Cloud sandbox waitlist
If you join the cloud sandbox waitlist, we store your email address, the optional name, agents, use case and Conductor answer you give, which page you signed up on, your waitlist status (waiting, invited, active or declined), and when you joined and were invited. We use this only to send cloud beta invites in waves, decide who to invite first and let invited accounts sign in to cloud sandboxes. We do not use it for advertising, sell it or send it to analytics. To limit abuse, where our host supplies a verified client IP, we keep a keyed hash of it for at most two hours; we never store the address itself in the waitlist database. Otherwise we use a shared rate-limit bucket rather than trusting caller-supplied IP headers. The waitlist is stored with our infrastructure provider Ploy and kept until the cloud beta ends or you ask us to delete it.
To see, correct or delete your waitlist entry, email privacy@suneiro.com from the address you signed up with. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
